3 bedrooms plus large loft. 2 bathrooms, 3 toilets plus outside shower with hot water. Well equipped kitchen, huge living area, and wide verandahs. This home will comfortably accomodate 2 families or up to 4 couples.
The home is set in 8 acres ( 3 hectares ) of jarrah/Marri bush with abundant local flora and a family of kangaroos.
Margaret River township with its many cafes and eating places is 3 Km away and an pleasant walk. Wineries, swimming and surfing beaches and many tourist attractions are nearby.
The bushland setting means that the home retains privacy and a sense of being in the forest whilst being very convienient to town, beaches and wineries.
A very comfortable home in a great location.

Bedroom 2 - Queen size bed. TV and DVD.
Bedroom 3 - 2 King single beds .
Loft - Double bed and spare mattress.

Well equipped Kitchen with modern appliances and ample crockery, culterly and glass ware.
Dining Table that seats 8 - 10.
Lounges and wood fire for winter.
TV area with digital reception.
Full size Table Tennis with room to play it.
Laundry with washing machine.
Bathroom with Bath and separate shower.

Outdoor shower with hot water.
