The apartment has two carbays in the secure underground car park (entry off Darling St) adjacent to the lift entrance, so it's out of the car and into the lift, next stop the privacy of your own Melbourne pad.
Melbourne is the events "capital" of Australia with every month of the year packed with worls class entertainment, not to mention the inherent attraction of museums, architecture and restaurants that have labelled this beautiful city the best example of Victorian in the world.

Cancellation Policy
If you are wishing to cancel a booking, please do so in writing to
Although our contract indicates that deposits and full payments of tariff are non refundable, we do immediately attempt re-book the house, thus allowing for some refund to the guest.
If we are successful, we will be able to refund the deposit/payment, less a cancellation fee of $200.
The process may take some time, and is not guaranteed, but every effort is made.
If we are not successful, then the owner may be able to able to offer alternative dates to guests, on the understanding that they must be in the same house and within an Off Peak season.
Please note, that in order to re-book a property for particular dates we are only likely to be successful given enough time. Last minute cancellations are difficult to re-book . It is also much harder for us to book Off Peak dates. In these difficult situations, we will approach the owners (who have been holding the property for the guest) in the hope they will consider alternative Off Peak dates.
