Two storey beachhouse, front and rear balconies ( rear with water views), 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 living areas plus a double lockup garage.

SMITHS PARADISE OUR HOME AWAY FROM HOME

Our home is ready for you and your family to come and stay. Upstairs we have a fully equipped modern kitchen containing Coffee Machine, Microwave, dishwasher and much more. The living area with TV/DVD/FOXTEL leads out to the back balcony where you can enjoy the water view and may see the wallabies at dusk. Also upstairs is the master bedroom with a Queen Bed, second bedroom with 2 sets of bunks and a spacious bathroom with shower, spa bath and toilet. The north facing front balcony is perfect for those cooler days and comes complete with BBQ. Downstairs you will find another living area with another TV/DVD plus the 3rd bedroom with Queen Bed plus ensuite, seperate toilet and laundry. Our double lockup garege can double as a games room with a Table Tennis Table.

SMITHS PARADISE - Close to everthing

We are less than 5 minutes walk to beautiful Smiths Beach, 3 kms from the Race Track and a 5 minute drive into Cowes. So whether you enjoy the Surf, are a motor enthuisiast or enjoy the Cafes and Bars of Cowes you are less than 5 minutes from it all. And of course we must not forget the famous Penguin Parade which is only 10 minutes down the road.

  • "We spent a week at this lovely townhouse and enjoyed it immensely. It is literally five minutes walk to the surf so even if the waves are bad you have not gone through all the usual hassle of loading up the car. We were there during Cowes' busiest week and it was great to be out of the crowds. The house is exceptionally well set up and is very comfortable. It is easy to get everywhere but it is really great to sit back at night and be lulled to sleep by the sound of the surf. We would happily return there tomorrow."

  • "Stayed a week. Wished it was longer. Great location - walked 200m to the beach every day, despite the weather. House had everything you could want (stairs a bit steep for the toddler). Great for my adult kids. One family upstairs, the other downstairs - with meals together :) Feral rabbits. shy wallabies. Best Christmas in ages. "
