This stunning 4 bedroom Balinese Pavilion Style retreat is one of Byron Bay's special properties, having featured in Home Beautiful Magazine. The house is situated in rainforest gardens and backs onto a nature reserve, providing a peaceful and tranquil environment for your holiday. You will feel a million miles from civilization but only be a short walk to the centre of Byron Bay and it's beautiful beaches.
The house was designed with the assistance of Balinese architect Made Wijaya, with living and sleeping pavilions separated by an elevated timber walkway, giving the home a resort feel. The 8 x 12m living pavilion comprises a large kitchen with stainless steel appliances, timber flooring and coconut bench tops imported from Bali, LCD TV and entertainment unit and relaxed seating area. A covered outdoor deck with day bed and barbeque is situated off the lounge area. Walking through the covered walkway, you will be amazed by the four bedrooms with 2 king size beds, 2 king singles and a double bed. Each bedroom is accessible from external decks and uses Balinese timber louvres to allow natural cooling breezes from the garden. The huge master bathroom outlooks to the nature reserve and contains a large shower and relaxing heated spa. The sleeping pavilion is designed to allow two families to holiday in privacy, with a second bathroom accessible from the front two bedrooms. Privacy is ensured through lockable fence and gates to the rear nature reserve. A walkway at the rear allows 10 minute walking access to the heart of Byron, whilst Belongil Beach is a mere 4 minutes walk away. Sculptures imported from Indonesia are interspersed throughout the house and, along with imported daybeds and furniture, allow for a perfect relaxing holiday at this special place.
