JAMELYSE HOUSE

Jamelyse House is located on a peaceful canal in Broadbeach Waters, literally metres from Main River. This beautiful holiday house is a spacious four bedroom residence. The main bedroom has an ensuite and its own private deck, where you can enjoy some quiet time away from the main entertainment areas. There are three additional bedrooms which have easy access to the pool area.

To make your holiday stress-free, Jamelyse House comes with a gas bbq, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, spa bath, and a double lock-up garage.

The house is perfectly suited to accomodate two families or up to 10 people.

Indoor-outdoor living is optimized with the inclusion of wooden bi-fold doors on both sides of the living room, allowing easy flow from the water through to the pool, and allowing the cool summer breeze to work its magic on those hot summer days.

There are two separate outdoor living areas allowing everyone to enjoy their privacy. The main outdoor entertaining area is focused around the fully enclosed swimming pool and features an outdoor bar, complete with its own fridge, and dining area.

The waterfront decks, garden, and gazebo are the perfect areas to relax and entertain. You can enjoy cooking on the bbq and "enjoying sundowners" whilst watching the kids play on the sandy beach below.

But wait, there's more . . .

Jamelyse House features 7 beds in total, a simple but state-of-the-art kitchen, three tvs (two with cable tv), two multi-region DVD players, and broadband internet, as well as i-pod docking facilities. The kids will be happy playing on the Playstation2 with the games provided, or watching their favourite movie or Austar Kids Channel in their own "Kidz-Space".

Jamelyse House provides you with all linen, plush bath towels and beach towels, and the pool is fully fenced to allow parents peace-of-mind.

For golfing enthusiasts, you can have your pick of great courses, all within a 2-15 minute drive. Courses such as Lakelands, The Colonial, Palm Meadows, Robina Woods, The Glades, Emerald Lakes, Royal Pines & Surfers Paradise Golf Club are all nearby.

And finally . . .

Jamelyse House currently accommodates 10, using the following configurations -

Bed 1 - Queen size bed

Bed 2 - Queen size bed

Bed 3 - 2 x King single beds (using spring mattress trundle-style bed)

Bed 4 - 2 x King single beds (using spring mattess trundle-style bed) and double sofa bed

Bedroom 4 will be set up as a "Kidz Space", complete with tv, multi-region dvd, cable tv, playstation, board & card games, and bean bags for lazing around, as well as bedding. Alternatively, it will make very comfortable sleeping accommodation for any visiting adults as well.

Porta-cots, high chairs, porta-chairs, Maclaren stroller, toddler bed rails, baby monitor, and a toddler picnic table set can be provided upon request. Any other baby furniture can be arranged yourselves through - they have a delivery service on the Gold Coast.

Rates are seasonal at $300-$700 per night, or $2000-$4500 per week.
