White Haven Beach House

White Haven is a stunning 4 bedroom Beach House that has been built with luxury in mind.

Casuarina is a wonderful destination where you can enjoy peace & quiet yet it is close enough to the Gold Coast if you want the action of the Theme Parks.

There are several characteristics throughout this property that will make you feel a million miles away.

Downstairs has been well set up for the children & entertaining.
The spacious rumpus and TV room complete with bean bags & play station, flows out onto a large entertaining deck with gas BBQ over looking landscaped gardens. With no road to cross, there is direct access to the surf beach and a bike/walk path that runs the full length of Casuarina and into Cabarita.

Also on this lower level there are 2 large bedrooms, each room containing 2 king single beds and a trundle.

Upstairs is the main bedroom with a king-size bed, there is a television/DVD in this room.
The other bedroom on this level has a queen size bed.
There is a large bathroom on both levels each with a sep. toilet. Linen Hire extra cost.

The open plan living area is great for entertaining.
The well appointed has kitchen has all kleenmaid appliances.
The living room flows out to a large private timber deck which also has outdoor dining.

This property is pet friendly.

White Haven comfortably sleeps up to 10 people, so is an ideal holiday home for 2 families to enjoy a safe, fun filled holiday. (maximum of 6 adults)

We respect our neighbours so White Haven is not available for parties, weddings or end of school celebrations.

Note: * Linen hire can be arranged. Normal cleaning charges are included in the tariff, however excessive cleaning requirements and rubbish removal will attract additional charges.

*Markets*

There are local farmers markets every second Saturday in the park on the Northern side of Kingscliff Bowls Club. (2nd & 4th Saturday of each month). The Byron Bay Markets are held 1st Sunday of every month, the Byron Bay Farmers Markets are on every Thursday morning 7am – 11am – a must if your into good food!! The Bangalow Markets are held on the 4th Sunday of every month. Pottsville Markets are 1st & 3rd Sunday of the month.

Activities at Casuarina :

'Surfing Australia' are based at Casuarina, (Beginners to Intermediate) the coolest new beach spot on the Tweed Coast, why not have surfing lessons while you holiday.

Bike hire at town centre - 26 km of cycle way

Rec. Club - Group training (i.e yoga, Pilates, boxing etc.) You can stay fit while you are on holidays or just indulge in a massage !

Casuarina Beach - 3.5km of untouched beautiful beaches, great for surfing, fishing or just lovely long walks !
Surf life savers are in attendance in the school holidays & on summer weekends.

If you want to go further afield short day trips to Byron Bay, Bangalow, Boarder Rangers and Mount Warning are a must.

Dining:

There is a restaurant in the Cotton Beach complex which will be opened later in the year but in the heart of the Casuarina village, just a short stroll away is "The Sandbar" featuring a relaxed yet stylish bar and lounge where locals and holidaymakers can catch up over a sunset cocktail or casual meal. Attached to the Sandbar kitchen, the General Store is packed with essential ingredients needed for holiday survival. Chefs fill the deli fridge daily, local growers display their pick of the crop, and the shelves are crammed with gourmet delights.
