This well-appointed two bedroom top floor apartment with large private and sunny balcony offers a quiet and relaxed 'home away from home' experience. With well-equipped kitchen/laundry, lounge and dining areas, this apartment suits four adults or two adults and two children, with very comfortable beds throughout (one queen and two singles). Both bedrooms and lounge area have ceiling fans fitted for comfort.
Also provided is a mini stereo system, TV with FOXTEL iQ, DVD player and land line (local calls). Internet is also available on request. A travel cot, high chair and baby bath are all available on request.
Linen and towels are included (inc. baby cot linen) and an optional cleaning service is available on request. Off-street parking is also available.
What's there to do...
Situated within a few minutes walking distance is the popular Dee Why beachfront. As well as being a top surf and patrolled swimming spot, this beach offers both adults and children's pools, children's playgrounds and access to numerous local beach, reef and cliff top walks, where migrating whales can be spotted from mid-May through to early December.
Throughout Dee Why guests will also find an excellent array of cafes, restaurants and wine bars offering a wide variety of dining options with some venues playing live music. Or you can simply choose to picnic or barbeque near the beach.
Transport is close for travel to Manly or Sydney City (35/40 mins) whilst Palm Beach and other special Northern Beaches locations are easily accessible by bus, car or ferry.
Dee Why RSL club with its AMF 10 pin bowling alley, restaurants and bars is within walking distance, whilst Warringah Shopping Mall with many speciality stores, cinema and cafes is just a short bus ride away.
Any keen golfers will find more glorious courses than they can shake a 3-wood at, including Long Reef Golf Course, rated 8th best course in Sydney and described as 'the golfing jewel of the Northern Beaches'.

Oaks apartment is available for short or long term letting. Minimum stay is four nights.
A 25% deposit is required on booking with the balance to be paid one month prior to arrival. A returnable $500 security bond is to be paid with the balance. If a booking is less than one-month away then the full amount is to be paid plus security bond.
