Clean neat and tidy 3 bedroom home situated in a quieter area of Phillip Island is central to Smith Beach, Cowes and 2 minutes drive from the Grand Prix circuit.
Members of car clubs welcome as their is plenty of space in back yard to park your cars.
The home can sleep 5 people with 1 queen bed & cot in main bedroom, 1 queen in 2nd bedroom and bunks in 3rd bedroom (cot comes with one set of cot sheets), we also have a highchair and change table for use free of charge.
Our house is perfect for a family, pet lover who wants to take their dog with them (dog kennel and fully fenced large back yard) and for a couple who wants to get away to a quieter part of phillip island.
Features include 3 bedrooms, living area, bathroom,DVD, gas BBQ, Rinnai gas heater, electric cooking, fully furnished.
BYO sheets, pillowslips and bath towel and beach towel and oh yes the kids too!
BEACH: 5 min drive to beautiful Smiths Beach
COWES: 10 min drive
RACETRACK: 2 min drive
PENGUINS: 10 min drive
