This 2 bedroom Sub Penthouse is situated on the 35th floor, facing North/East in the largest of the 3 towers and has panoramic, uninterrupted, views of the ocean, town, Indy Track and the Nerang River and Gold Coast hinterland.

The living area and the 2 bedrooms have sweeping ocean views, and all 3 rooms open onto a large balcony. Kiddy locks on all the doors. Where there is plenty of room to enjoy your favourite food & wine, or just sun bathe & relax.

This apartment is the largest of the 2 bedrooms in the complex, and has 2 en-suite bathrooms and a powder room for your guests.
