Giant sliding doors and deck screens slide back to open up the living areas and invite in the natural beach lifestyle. Step from the decks to feel the sand under your feet and enjoy the low set native vegetation that ensures privacy but doesn’t restrict your view.


Most of the rooms (and the deck) have extensive views of the gorgeous coastline and blue ocean.

Polished timber floors are featured throughout the living areas while raked ceilings add to the open feeling of this amazing property.

There are many features including the deck area constructed from 100 year old timber from Pyrmont Wharf, quality fixtures and furniture, bedding, towels, appliances, a Weber BBQ, air conditioning, fireplace, outdoor shower with warm water, washing machine and dryer, double garage, three TVs, DVD player, sound system, books to read and games to play.

The beach house has four bedrooms. The main has a queen sized bed, an en-suite, TV and a private balcony with a great north easterly aspect. The second double bedroom also has beach and ocean views with direct access to the deck. The third bedroom has a queen sized bed and a TV and direct access to the deck. The fouth bedroom(upstairs) is ideal for the children, featuring a bunk bed (double bed on the bottom and single bed on top) and two single beds. There are two other bathrooms.

Location

Just 2 1/2 hours from Sydney, 3 hours from Canberra and only 15 minutes from Nowra.

Culburra Beach has two surf/swimming beaches (Culburra and Warrain Beach) and is close to the Crookhaven River, Lake Wollumboola and Curleys Bay. It is the perfect location for swimming, fishing, surfing, snorkelling, sailing, boating (boat ramp close to beachhouse) or just walking on the magnificent beach or headlands.

Although Culburra is a true holiday haven, away from the traffic,crowds and bustle it also offers easy access to shops and services: tennis courts, Bowling Club, chinese restaurant, pizzeria, cafes, bottle shop, bakeries, petrol stations, Post Office, video shop, two supermarkets, chemist, fishing tackle & bait shop, surf shop, and atms.
