Welcome to our brand new two storey house is right in the heart of Busselton, just metres from the beautiful white sands of Geographe bay, and a few minutes walk to the town centre and the famous Busselton Jetty.
This is the ideal spot for a relaxing family holiday, or romatic or action packed weekend getaway - the choice really is yours.
Busselton is a friendly community, that is small enough to feel you have escaped the city, and yet large enough that all of your needs are more than catered for. And to top it off Busselton has the most beautiful pristine beaches, which make up Geographe Bay.There is 4WD access to the beach in some areas and small boats can be launched from the beach boat ramps.
Most of the year it is calm ,which makes it safe for children.Activites include, fishing,crabbing,snorkelling and sailing. Enjoy the playful dolphins who regularly come in to our shores.

The ground floor consists of a large open plan kitchen, living and dining area, including large sliding glass doors which open out to the outdoor alfresco area, and green lawns and landscaped back yard.
Also on the bottom floor is the master bedroom, which contains a queen size bed, two bedside tables and a large floor to ceiling mirrored robe. The bedroom windows are also floor to ceiling and let in a gorgeous breeze in the evening. The master bedroom also has a adjoining ensuite, and seperate toliet for downstairs use. The seperate laundry is also downstairs. Upstairs consists of two bedrooms, one a second queen with tallboy, and the third bedroom contains a kingsize single bunk bed with tall boy. Both rooms contain built in robes. There is also an adjoining bathroom with bath, and seperate toliet. The manchester closet is also upstairs.
All bedrooms are carpeted, and the main living areas are a modern floorboard lookalike surface.
Also available for your enjoyment are two cycles (and helmets), two kyacks, 3 tennis rackets and balls, board games, picnic hampers, table linen, DVD's, and a information folder to help you enjoy your stay.
