Includes a private entry with drying room & ski storage. Also on the mid level are 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds in each with BIR plus a second living area / break out space for the kids with TV & a queen sofa bed. Upstairs the well appointed stainless steel kitchen with Bosch appliances, living with rock featured gas fireplace, dining and master bedroom with BIR & en-suite.
The additional features are 38 inch LCD TV, DVD, Austar, laundry, 2 balconies, hydronic heating throughout, north facing with great views and morning sun.
Sleeping facilities for a baby can be provided as well as high chair with prior notice.
Mt Buller one of Australia's premier ski resorts is located only 248 Kilometres from Melbourne . With 58 runs across 263 hectares of terrain,you can go all day at buller without ever taking the same run twice. The 25 lifts are capable of moving 40,000 people an hour.
Deposit of 50 % of total cost is required within 7 days to confirm booking with balance payable at least one calender month prior to arrival ( both non refundable).
If reservation is made less than one calender month prior to arrival, full payment is requireed immediately.
Failure to make payment by the due date may result in the cancellation of you booking without notice.
CANCELLATIONS
If notice of cancellation is received one calender month prior to your arrival your deposit will be fully refunded less a 15% administration fee..
If less than one calender month notice prior to your arrival is given, all monies are forfeited.
