The separate dining room and lounge with HD TV, DVD/CD player, fireplace and bar open to the child safe deck with gas BBQ and outdoor setting.

Bedrooms one and two have queen beds with ensuites. Bedroom 3 has a queen bed. Bedroom 4 has a double bed with single bunk above. Bedrooms 3 and 4 are adjacent to the main bathroom which has a bath, shower and separate toilet.

Large rumpus room has a billiard table with second TV and two double futon lounges and opens to a secure backyard.Kitchen has dishwasher, microwave and eat in area. Laundry has washing machine and dryer.

Location

Ideally suited to one or two families, the property has good street access to the main living level that flows through to the deck and the stunning views. Off street parking for two cars.

Private steps and right of way lead to the flags at North Avoca Beach within a 3 minute walk.

3 minutes walk to North Avoca Beach.
20 minutes walk along the sand to Avoca Beach with it's cafe's, restaurants and cinema.
2 minute drive to Terrigal's restaurants, shops and nightlife.

"Our family had a great weekend to celebrate a daughter's 30th. We would be hard to please if we hadn't enjoyed staying at the property which we all agreed was so well equipped, clean & comfortable & so spacious - the bar fridge was very handy. The view is wonderful. The children loved the North Avoca Beach rock pools. The area downstairs was like having a separate unit & was a great success with the lucky occupants. Hoping we have another family occasion to book a stay as it is a delightful house. Brad & Margaret "
