At the top the dining and living areas flow onto a sandstone terrace and lawn overlooking the beach. The kitchen is well equipped and the large open plan dining and main living areas are tastefully furnished. The main bedroom/parents' retreat (king size bed) has its own separate deck and a luxurious ensuite. There are two other spacious bedrooms (one queen and the other twin single) a TV/family room and deck and downstairs a bunkroom (trio bunk and single) and laundry with washing machine and dryer. A hot outdoor shower is great for washing off after a trip to the beach.

The property is situated at the top of the hind dune right on Culburra surf beach at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac and next to a bush reserve. The property has sweeping views from the ocean to the east over the beach, north to Crookhaven Heads and then on over the hinterland to the escarpment in the west.
