The open plan living area spills out through three french doors onto a large covered north facing verandah that looks over the private tropical gardens. The house sleeps 4 ideally, there are two bedrooms plus a sofa bed off the living area for an additional child. Featuring polished timber floors throughout, ceiling fans, BBQ plus outdoor shower. Relax in the comfort of the lounge complete with LCD TV and DVD player and large DVD library. The contemporary styled bathroom offers a large bath for a relaxing soak.
Lantana is air conditioned for you comfort and linen is provided however you do need to bring your own beach towels.
The rear of the property has a lovely garden with a large picnic table to enjoy alfresco meals, a quiet moment or just to listen to the birds and life going by. There is also off street secure parking and a fully fenced yard.
Location
"Lantana" is located right in town at the northern end of Tennyson Street. We suggest you leave your car behind and stroll just a few minutes to everything Byron has to offer including world class restaurants, the famous "Beach Hotel" situated right opposite beautiful "Main Beach", "Byron Markets", local shops and "woolies" supermarket located one block away.

Lantana was a lovely place for our Family to stay on our visit to Byron and many lovely morning teas and bbq dinners were had on the side deck
We would recommend this property to any one with around 4 or 5 family members as there was space to spread out and relax.This being a way better option to a stuffy holiday unit

We had a wonderful week at Lantana. Two adults, two teenagers and two dogs. The house was beautifully presented on our arrival. Loved the garden and the deck. Great location close to tennis courts, shops and the beach. Would definitely recommend.

This house was perfect for our family of 4. It is extremely quiet and secluded and in a residential part of Byron Bay so you feel like you are really living there for your holiday. BUT it is a 5 minute walk to town and a 9 minute walk to the beach. The house was also totally immaculate and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. Lovely fluffy towels, great big barbeque, fully equipped kitchen. My only complaint is that we couldn't stay longer.

Love this little getaway! Perfectly located just one street back from the main street. Lantana makes you relax as soon as you open the gate. The beautifully kept tropical garden is so welcoming, it makes you feel as though you are worlds away. The cottage is really well presented, clean and has everything you need. We spent a week here and felt as though we had a nice break. Spent many a morning under the big tree eating breakfast and many an afternoon on the decking sipping vino. Very reasonably priced and owners friendly and attentive. Lantana comes highly recommended!! Thanks!!

We had a wonderful time in Byron Bay principally because Lantana was so great. The house is walking distance from the main street and the beach making the holiday easy. Lantana captures the Byron holiday atmosphere with relaxed open plan beach house style and big deck space. The house was spotless with great attention to detail. We had a great family holiday and recommend Lantana highly.

Wow - what a hidden gem! Lantana is a gorgeous beach house with all the modern comforts, a stunning tropical garden and is just 5 minutes walk from the beach and restaurants. My husband and I along with our dog spent a week here - felt like much longer, will definitely be back! Would recommend Lantana to those looking at enjoying Byron but doing so with a bit more privacy, peace and quiet.

Highly recommend Lantana to anyone that want's to relax and take it easy. The place is beautifully furnished and has everything you could need. The shops and the main front beach are only a short walk away so you can save some fuel and leave your car securely parked within the premises. We enjoyed sitting under the veranda after coming back from the beach, drinking a cold beverage and eating some slaty crisp's in teh peace and quiet. You will truly forget the busy life you have left behind.

Fantastic property in the middle of Byron, but in a quiet, relaxing setting. From the fabulous providore a few doors down, to the cinema and restaurants on the next block, and the beach at the end of the street, this is an ideal setting to explore Byron. The property itself was sparkling clean with two spacious bedrooms and a well-equipped kitchen. We loved the outdoor dining and being able to take our little dog.
