Located Right In Town !!!
This gorgeous two bedroom plus sunroom cottage is a true reflection of Byron's history and charm.
Lantana has been lovingly decorated and furnished with a contemporary, Asian theme in mind.
The open plan living area spills out through three french doors onto a wide and very private, covered north facing verandah and is set amongst lush landscaped tropical gardens with water features and beach shower.
The rear of the property has a beautiful big Mango Tree which offers lots of shade to sit under and enjoy alfresco meals, a quiet moment or just to listen to the birds.
The house sleeps 4 ideally but can comfortably fit another guest on the double "day-bed" in the sunroom adjacent to the living area. Lantana is "air conditioned" for your comfort and linen is provided however you do need to bring your own beach towels.
The property is fully fenced, security gates and there for suitable for young children.
There is also access via a lane way to off street secure parking.
As we are located right in town at the northern end of Tennyson Street, we suggest you leave your car behind and stroll a few minutes to everything Byron has to offer including world class restaurants, the famous "Beach Hotel" situated right opposite beautiful "Main Beach", "Byron Markets", local shops and supermarket or just sit and relax over an "organic" coffee at one of the many cafes and watch the colourful life of Byron pass by.
