About your accommodation........

This luxuriously appointed one bedroom apartment is fully self-contained, featuring stylish furnishings and a spacious balcony. From the balcony you can see the ocean to the east and the river to the west while enjoying complete privacy, with no onlooking building obstructing your view. The night time view is spectular as you look across towards the bright lights of Surfers Paradise.

The main bedroom offers a queen bed, while the spacious living area can also comfortably sleep another couple on the day bed/lounge that converts to a very large sofa bed. Both rooms are air conditioned.

About the location...... and Getting there

Situated in the heart of Broadbeach alfresco dining precinct the Phoenician Resort Apartments are merely a stroll from the the famous Broadbeach tourist shopping centre of Pacific Fair. The local Broadbeach Oasis Shopping Centre is only a short stroll from your door and the renowned Jupiters Casino and Gold Coast Convention Centre are just across the road.

For beach lovers the patrolled beach is only 100m away and two parks and playgrounds for the children are located within metres of the Resort.

Brisbane Airport - 80km north
Gold Coast Airport - 20km south

From Brisbane Airport - follow Airport Drive and turn left onto the Gateway Motorway. Continue for approximately 25km and the highway will become the Pacific Highway. Follow signs to the Gold Coast and take the Southport/Surfers Paradise exit. Follow signs to Broadbeach. Turn left from the Gold Coast Highway into Queensland Avenue.

From Coolangatta Airport - turn left onto the Gold Coast Highway and follow the signs to Broadbeach. Turn right from the Gold Coast Highway into Victoria Avenue, left into Surf Parade then left into Queensland Avenue.

To maintain a good standard for our guests we require certain conditions to be complied with. We appreciate most will respect our property but the occasional abuse requires that we state the following conditions.

Number of Guests should not exceed the number stated on the Confirmation Notice or subsequently agreed in writing or email. Fees will apply for excess guests not agreed with the owners in advance.

Parties and Functions are STRICTLY PROHIBITED and sorry no schoolies. The price charged is for domestic use only and not commercial. Accordingly this rate does not allow for the extra wear associated with functions in terms of cleaning, garbage removal, wear and tear, repairs etc. Use contrary to this may result in loss of your bond and/or additional payments.

Damage, Breakages, Theft and Loss are the tenants responsibility during their stay.

Arrival - check in is from 2pm however this is flexible depending on availability. It is necessary to contact the property manager with your arrival time so as they can arrange to meet, greet and hand over keys and remotes to the villa.

Departure - the property should be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival. Check-out time is 10.00am at the latest, to allow time to prepare property for next guests.

Disturbance to our neighbours, including excessive noise, is prohibited and may result in termination of rental and loss of bond.

All linen and towels are supplied. A small selection of amenties will be provided on arrival ie toilet paper, soap, tea and coffee, to get you started.

Loss - the owners take no responsibility for the tenants personal property.
