The south wing provides 2 private large double bedrooms separated by the main marble and glass bathroom and a separate fully equipped laundry.

Throughout the house are polished timber floors, 4 metre high ceilings and huge timber framed windows that capture every aspect of the views and gardens.

The land is 2.6 hectacres ( 6 acres ). 3 fenced paddocks leading to a small stream on the property. 

The pool is 12 metres X 5 metres (77, 000 litres) ozone lamp filtered fresh water . Ceilings are 4 metres high. numerous french opening doors with floor to ceiling windows .  

Kitchen - Ilve gas cooktop 4 burners plus large fish grill . Large Ilve electric oven . AEG dishwaher. Maytag separate large fridge and freezer separate from kiltchen area also wine fridge in laundry. large pantry separate from kitchen.
All modern electric cooking appliances eg rice cooker, stainless steel frying pans etc . 
Other appliances are 3 separate stereo systems. DVD and VCR player. 

BBQ 4 burner plus wok attachment located in pool area which is well lit for evening entertainment.

Large open fireplace with gas burners in lounge room and kitchen.
