Free regular transport (or your bike) will take you the 2Km distance between the marina and the patrolled surf beach. How to get there

Couran Cove is located on South Stradbroke Island just a few kilometers offshore from Queenslands Gold Coast. The only access is by your own boat, water taxi or Couran Cove Ferry. Coaches link from Brisbane (60km)and Coolangatta (28km)airports to the luxury Hope Harbour Marina Passenger Transit Terminal off the Pacific and Gold Coast Motorways then enjoy a 35 minute ferry ride across the calm Broadwater. The regular ferry timetable allows Gold Coast Tourist attractions to be easily accessed for day trips. Driving, a secure private car park is available for guests at a minimal cost.
