Huge beachfront property spanning 3 titles (1000sq) on Bay Street Patonga. Direct Beach access. Large grassed fenced garden at rear. Suits 3 families. Carport to fit 2-4 cars.
Downstairs - Kitchen overlooking beach- with capuccino machine, blender, juicer,dishwasher, microwave.
Large dining room seats 10 overlooking beach. Large lounge room with 4 seater and 3 seater lounges and beach views, with big log fire. ( we supply the wood)TV/VCR/DVD.
Large sunroom/playroom opening onto rear garden with library and games. Sunroom off kitchen with beach views. Seperate dining room great for the kids. Small 2nd kitchen. Bed 1 - 1 queen + 1 KS Bunks. Bed 2 - 1 queen bed. Bed 3- 1 queen. Bed 4 1 trio bunk(1 double and 1 single). Downstairs sleeps 11. Main bathroom with bath and shower over. 2nd shower/loo off sunroom. 3rd outdoor shower/loo. 4th shower/loo off verander.
Upstairs - (sleeps 4)Bed 5 - 1 queen ocean views. Bed 6 - 1 KS bunks plus lounge room- . 1 Bathroom with shower and toilet.
BBQ - gas Webber. Outdoor seating.
Bosche front loading washing machine and dryer.

  • "Perfect spot and great for my sisters family, my parents and us. Children loved exploring the rustic house and they had a safe yard at the front of the house with 5 little ducklings nestled in the corner. Favourite part of stay was walking to the end of Patonga Beach and floating down water behind caravan park on air mattresses."

The property was HUGE - we kept discovering rooms we didn't know were there! Everyone had plenty of their own space but when we wanted to come together the communal areas easily accommodated us. The massive dining table was the perfect place for Christmas lunch with an ocean view... and the couches... the couches are just heaven! Highly recommended."

The shear size of the property ensures that we have plenty of room to move around and the kids love the fact that they had several rooms to play in. The view from the top floor was a winner. The water was perfect for the children to play in without the adults worrying about the waves. The fact that it is so close to Sydney and yet it seemed that you were in another place and time was another deciding factor in our rebooking of this old and historic place."
