Description

Only 2 1/2 hour’s drive from Perth, Peppermint Grove Beach often described as the Southwests best kept secret, is located midway between Bunbury and Busselton in the Shire of Capel. The turn off to Peppermint Grove Beach is well sign posted with access to the beachside township 8kms west on a sealed road.

Accommodation

The house is built on 3 levels. A self contained unit is on the lower level with an interconnecting door providing access to the upper levels. This makes it ideal for two families or large groups.

Kitchen with hotplates, fridge and microwave
Bathroom (shower and toilet)
2 bedrooms (1 queen size bed) (2 sets of bunks)
Table and chairs
Living area: 2 single beds which act as settees but may be used to accommodate extra quests.
TV/DVD player
Double lock garage with room for 2 cars.Table tennis and table soccer in garage.

Upper level
Living area with pot belly stove, book case, games & radio/ CD player
Dining area with seating for 6
Kitchen – fridge, microwave, cutlery, plates, glasses, pots
Terrace with out door table to seat 8 people, gas BBQ. Extensive views of the Bay
Top level
Master bedroom – queen size bed, walk-in robe, ensuite, shower, bath, & toilet
Large second bedroom – 2 single beds

Local Attractions

5kms to Capel Vale and Killerby wineries.10kms to Capel golf course or travel further to the excellent Bunbury or The Lakes (Dunsborough ) courses.
Fishing and diving off the excellent swimming beach or enjoy a drive or cycle through the tuart forest.Better still get a book and a glass of wine and relax on the enormous balcony with expansive views of the bay across to Cape Naturaliste.

The property is ideal for families but because of the proximity of permanent residents is not suitable for school leavers.
