Luxurious and beautifully appointed duplex in the new Lagoons resort, situated in the centre of town which makes it close to everything! Short stroll to beaches, golf course, restaurants and cafe scene. Largest house type in resort.

Extra large 4 bedroom duplex with all the comforts of home comprising of open plan lounge and dining which leads onto large balcony with outdoor furniture and barbeque. Large kitchen with Bosch stainless steel appliances including dishwasher and microwave leading to family room with large plasma tv, cd, ipod docking station, dvd and video recorder and leads onto very private courtyard. Pretty 4th bedroom with twin beds.

Upper Level

First floor comprises of queen size room with en-suite, walk-in robe and large private terrace overlooking melalucca trees. Second queen size room which is beautifully appointed in french provincial style and third twin bedded room with king single beds. Large family bathroom with large corner bath.

Amenities

Garage and carport for 2nd car or boat and plenty of other parking available. Resort has own swimming pool and spa and floodlit tennis court. Also resort is gated and can only be accessed by intercom system so very private and safe with no through traffic. Sit on the balcony and watch the kids riding their bikes in the knowledge that they are safe and secure. Reverse cycle air-conditioning for year round comfort.

Perfect for romantic getaway for one couple or large enough to spend with up to 8 friends in luxurious and extremely comfortable surroundings.

Linen is not included but can be hired or alternatively you are welcome to bring your own.

Linen packages include top and bottom sheets, pillowcases, towels, tea towels and bath mats. Please ask for detailed rates.

Terms & Conditions

Payment Policy

Tranquility at Lagoons requires a 50% deposit of your total tariff to confirm a booking.

The balance of your booking tariff is required 7 days before arrival together with the security bond of $500.00. We always try to repay the security bond with 3-5 business days.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations or date changes made up to 3 weeks prior to check-in time are subject to loss of 50% of the total tariff unless the house can be rebooked.

Cancellations or date changes made within 3 weeks of check-in date are subject to 100% of the total tariff unless the house can be re-booked.

By booking Tranquility at Lagoons, this means you accept our cancellation policy.

In the event of a necessary date change or cancellation, all reasonable steps will be taken to rebook the house at the same rate as your booking.

If rebooked, funds paid will be refunded less a $35.00 admin charge.

There is No Smoking inside the house and no pets allowed.

Conditions of Reservation

The Hirer is the person taking and accepting responsibility for the Hire of the House has read, understood and accepted all points below

Tranquility at Lagoons is let to you for holiday purposes for the duration of the period stated on your confirmation letter.

The Hirer agrees to keep Tranquility and its furniture, fixtures & fittings in the same state of repair & condition as at the commencement of the hire (reasonable wear and tear accepted).

Tranquility at Lagoons maintains a very high standard of cleanliness. To avoid excess cleaning charges to you, the hirer, please leave Tranquility at Lagoons in a satisfactorily clean and tidy condition during your stay and at the conclusion of the booking. (crockery in dishwasher, rubbish in rubbish bin etc). Extra cleaning charges $50 per hour.

The hirer agrees that any of her / his group members or those who are legally allowed onto the property, shall pay a replacement value & or repair cost for any furniture, fixtures & or fittings being damaged during the term of the hire.

The Hirer agrees / accept that smoking is not allowed inside Tranquility at Lagoons and therefore accepts full responsibility and liability for any damage to Tranquility at Lagoons or any personal injury to themselves or others resulting from smoking inside Tranquility at Lagoons.

The Hirer agrees that the persons visiting or occupying Tranquility at Lagoons will not exceed the number of persons indicated on this booking form, unless agreed upon by management.

The Hirer agrees that the management of the Tranquility at Lagoons will not be held responsible for any loss, theft or damage of any personal belongings during their stay.
