Large kitchen with Bosch stainless steel appliances including dishwasher and microwave leading to family room with large plasma tv, cd, dvd and video recorder and leads onto very private courtyard. Pretty 4th bedroom with twin beds.

Upper Level

First floor comprises of 2 queen size rooms, main with en-suite, walk-in robe and large private terrace overlooking the beautiful lagoon and melalucca trees. Second queen size room which is beautifully appointed in french provincial style and third twin bedded room with king single beds in beachy style. Large family bathroom with large corner bath.

Garage and carport for 2nd car or boat and plenty of other parking available. Resort has own swimming pool and spa and floodlit tennis court. Also resort is gated and can only be accessed by intercom system so very private and safe with no through traffic. Sit on the balcony and watch the kids riding their bikes in the knowledge that they are safe and secure. Reverse cycle air-conditioning for year round comfort.

Perfect for romantic getaway for one couple or large enough to spend with up to 8 friends in luxurious and extremely comfortable surroundings.

Linen is not included but can be hired or alternatively you are welcome to bring your own.

Linen packages include top and bottom sheets, pillowcases, towels, tea towels and bath mats. Please ask for detailed rates.

Tranquility Terms and Conditions

A guest registration form is required to be completed for all bookings. The registration form requests details of your name, address and telephone number, and is available on the website.

For all bookings 50% of the tariff is required as a deposit to confirm the booking and is payable within seven (7) days from the date you made the booking. The balance of the tariff together with any linen hire fees and a $500.00 security and damage bond is due seven (7) days prior to your arrival.

Payments are to be made by direct deposit, details will be provided when a booking is requested.

The security and damage bond will be returned to you following a satisfactory check of the property after your departure. Refund of the bond will be made by direct deposit into your bank account (please provide details at the time of booking) within 7 days of your departure date. In the event that security have to be called to the property, a deduction will be made from the bond of $200 plus the security company fee.

Linen, towelling and toiletries are not provided, please bring your own or these may be hired locally at a charge, if required please indicate on the enquiry form or ask at the time of making your booking. Please note linen must be used on all beds.

Special conditions apply for cancellations. If you cancel your accommodation and we can secure a replacement booking for the same period and at the same tariff, your deposit will be refunded less a $60.00 administration fee. If however the property cannot be relet, your deposit is not refundable. If you shorten your stay, the unused portion of your rental is not refundable. Please note that a change of booking dates attracts the same conditions for cancellations as stated herein.

The property is available from 2pm on your day of arrival with a vacate time of 10am on the date of your departure.

Every care is taken to ensure that the property and facilities are in excellent condition, however, the owner takes no responsibility for circumstances out of his/her control.

The property is equipped for a specific number of guests. It is against Health Department regulations for more persons to occupy the property than there are beds to accommodate them. No mattresses, tents or caravans, or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed. If the property is found to be overloaded, you and the occupants will be asked to vacate with no refund made. If required, we can arrange cots for young children at an additional charge.

For the comfort of all of our guests strictly no smoking in the property.

Pets are NOT allowed.

Garbage bins are provided at the property. Please ensure that all garbage is removed from the property and placed in bins provided. If you are occupying the property on a Sunday evening, you are required to place the bin on the kerbside for collection with the handle facing the property, please refer to the signs in the property. Garbage is collected on Monday morning. Any excess garbage can be taken to the Port Stephens Waste Transfer Centre, Soldiers Point Road, Salamander Bay.

You are responsible for keeping the property secure during your stay and will be responsible for any theft or damage due to neglect in this area.

You are also responsible for any loss or damage arising from breakages or other damage to the property during your, including any additional cleaning, removal of excess garbage, repairs or replacement of items in the property. Please respect the property and do not move furniture around. A fee may be charged should this occur.

If keys and/or remotes are lost you will be responsible for the changing of the locks and 2 remotes (if applicable) and the cutting of 6 new sets of keys. If you lock yourself out of the property and need assistance in gaining entry you may be liable for any costs involved in gaining entry to premises. Do not force entry, please contact our agents for assistance. The keys are your responsibility so please take care of them.

To the extent permitted by law, no liability is accepted for any injury, debt, damage, loss, delay, expense or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly howsoever arising. No responsibility is taken for your and other guests personal property left on or near the premises. It is recommended that you and the other guests take out personal property insurance or adequate travel insurance should any unexpected situations arise before or during your travel period.

Should a tradesperson be sent out upon your request to carry out a repair that was unnecessary, the cost of the callout will be charged to you.

Left Items - if requested we will endeavour to recover and return items inadvertently left in your holiday property, but take absolutely no responsibility for the recovery or return. Postage, packaging costs will need to be paid in advance.
