Three large bedrooms (Sleeps 6 - 2 x QS , 1 x 2 single beds) , three beautiful bathrooms ( 2 with baths ), large lounge / dining room with open fireplace and a cooks dream eat in kitchen. Every appliance you could wish for. The lounge opens to two large outdoor areas. One with a BBQ and the other overlooking a private and green treed park.
There is a lock up garage underneath with internal access. This townhouse has everything you could want for a wonderful holiday. Just bring your toothbrush and swimmers as nearly everything else is provided.
Across from the famous Avoca Art Theatre and walk to the Avoca coffee culture. Close to activities - Golf , Kayaking , hiking , biking , surfing , boating , rock climbing not to forget the many other beaches that are very accessible.

We had a very comfortable stay! Beds cozy, sofa brilliant! Spa was very relaxing and such a great location! Our kids had a great time, great selection of movies and games! Thank you!

This house is absolutely amazing. It is very spacious and a very short stroll to the beautiful Avoca Beach, you can hear the ocean while you have a peaceful sleep. The house has top quality furnishings and linen throughout. There is obviously attention to detail. Plenty of space for everyone to chill out. The spa on the deck was a bonus. Our dog had a wonderful time and it was peace of mind as it is very secure. You need not bring anything but food and booze. I would highly recommend Avoca Beach House to anyone. The owner Dallas was very prompt in replying to my emails and a darling. Look no further than staying here. Tracey and Uk mates.

Thank you for a lovey stay. We thoroughly enjoyed the spa, the fireplace and the promimity to the beach, shops and movie theatre.
We were spoilt with everything and more including games, cooking utensils and dishwasher.
This is a wonderful place to relax and unwind - our kids even learnt how to play chess!
Highly recommended.

The House is amazing. A truly pet friendly property next to a dog friendly beach. We went for our wedding anniversary and really enjoyed our peaceful stay there. Unfortunatley we didn't get to use the spa but that was purely down to the heavy rain. The rain didn't spoil our stay because the house was so nice to stay in. I highly recommend this property and we would not hesitate in considering a return visit. I could move in full time!

What a fabulous property !! eveything about this place is stunning. From the modern features to the spa this place has it all. We had such a great time at this property and would go back in an instance. We had a wedding at the surfclub which was a stones throw away. Hope to get back soon !!!

You WANT to stay here! We had a 3 night stay and were blown away with the beautifully laid out townhouse. Every detail is considered and no expense spared. The outdoor spa is the higlight- spend your nights soaking it up relaxing.

This is by far the most glamorous pet-friendly house we've ever stayed in. All mod cons, a stone's throw from the beach, and the outdoor spa is the icing on the cake. Fantastic!

Lovely place, great location. The place itself was beautiful, however as the property was advertised as dog friendly accommodation, a concession should have been made in respect of any dog hair being left behind (in or outside of the premises). This condition was too stringent and it made the stay an unnecessarily exhausting experience at the end of our short break. Aside from this detail the property and the location of the property was terrific. I would definetely go back!

The property is located about 100 metres to the beach and across the road is a Picture Theatre. It's a very modern and comfortable house to live in. The kitchen is state-of-the-art and has all the kitchen utensils you could think of.
Enjoyed our stay and would recommend for people with families.

What a wonderful time we spent in this gorgeous home. Every utensil you desire is in the gourmet kitchen and the home entertainment system was wonderful. Fantastic location with free run dog park outside the back door and a stone's throw from the beach. We will come again!
