Upstairs has two bedrooms, a large kitchen, an entertainment area with a 6m x 3m curved plate glass window and sliding doors opening onto a large wrap around balcony overlooking Bass Strait.

Downstairs there are three bedrooms, a kitchenette/Bar and a large entertainment area and a 6m Bi-Fold door opening onto a large verandah and patio with ocean views.

The block is fully fenced with a gate accessing the national park. There is a large patio with seating for 12 at least people and a BBQ is provided.

Its a 2 minute walk to the beach, a 10 minute walk to the local shop, or a 10 min drive to the shops and restaurants, golf clubs and the many tourist attractions in the surrounding areas.
