Budget Apartments

Description

The apartments are very clean and are serviced prior to check in and upon checkout only.

Check out time is 10am and check in time after 2pm. If you require a late checkout a charge of $60 is applicable. Please advise at the time of booking if late checkout is required.

All apartments have two bedrooms, lounge, kitchen, bathroom, they are fully equipped and include the following:
- Bedroom 1 one queen size bed
- Bedroom 2 two single beds + a rollaway bed if requested.
- bed linen including doonas towels and tea towels
- assorted crockery, cutlery, cooking stove and cooking utensils
- colour TV, Refrigerator, microwave , toaster, iron and ironing board
- air conditioning for summer and oil heating for winter
- on site laundry with dryer and drying area
- outdoor entertaining area with children’s toys.
- Free parking for guests in our private car park.
- If you want your apartment serviced during your stay a fee of $50 is charged per clean. Please contact BTA management who will arrange the cleans with our housekeeper.

A small shopping centre, cinema, cafes and the Swan River are located in Preston Street only 5 minutes walking distance from the apartments.
