This holiday house is close to the beach and provides many options to stay and relax or use as a base for exploring the numerous attractions and events that Phillip Island has to offer.
The house comfortably sleeps 6 (plus portacot if required) and is well equipped, offering TV, DVD, VCR, Hi-Fi with CD/MP3, reverse cycle air conditioning/heating, refrigerator, microwave, cooking facilities, washing machine & ironing facilities. There are 3 bedrooms, one is a queen, one has a tribunk (double below, single above)and the third room has a single bed. All rooms fit the portacot.
The backyard is fully fenced, providing privacy, safety for children and accommodation for the family pet. Enjoy the outdoor spa, play pool or table tennis, cook up a BBQ or sit and read a book on the back deck while enjoying the quiet surrounds. Small children will love the sandpit and playground equipment.
The property is located in a no-through road and lovely Red Rocks beach is only a 400m walk away. Access to the beach is through a lovely bush path, exciting for the kids and pets. Red Rocks beach is a favorite with locals. It has both lovely swimming areas and fun rock pools at low tide. Cowes is a 5 min drive or a brisk 30 min walk along the beach.
The double garage provides ample room for cars, motorbikes or a small boat, in addition to off-street parking.
Doonas and pillows are on all beds. BYO linen and towels. Tea towels, hand towels and bathmat supplied.
