The COTTAGE
Comfortable and peaceful with lovely rural views.
Total of 3 bed rooms, living room with wood fire.
2 bedrooms each have a queen and trundle, if required
Third bedroom has 2 sets of bunks for 4 people.
Accommodates at least 4 adults and 4 - 6 kids and a cot.
All bed linen and towels provided (unless you want to BRING YOUR OWN & SAVE $5.00 pp pn). All blankets, doonas, pillows, electric blankets etc are provided.
There are most mod cons. Cook your own breakfast and meals in the Fully equipped kitchen, with dish washer, micro wave, all pots and pans etc.
Selection of teas, coffee, sugar etc.
Gas BBQ on verandah.
Digital TV, VCR, DVD, CD players.
Washing Machine and your own clothes line.
Relax on the verandahs on either side of cottage where you can either chase the sun in winter or shelter in summer.
For your convenience there is adjacent under cover parking for two cars.

Prices
Rate quoted is for one couple. Extra charge for extra adults. Children 3 yrs & under 15 yrs @ $45.00. Children under 3 yrs in our bed/cot @ $25.00 .... but no charge for child if you bring his or her cot.
Discounts
Stay for 7 nights and only pay for 6. Rates are discounted by $5.00 pp pn if you supply your own bed linen and towels.
