Beautiful Accommodation

The North-facing natural timber and glass home has expansive living aresa indoors and the entertaining areas feature vaulted ceilings and solid polished hardwood floorboards complimented by a stylish kitchen with island bench and modern appliances. Floor to ceiling windows throughout the North facing section of the house make this a light filled space. Comprising of three spacious bedrooms (sleeps 7) the master bedroom boasting a private powder room and walk in robe, with two further bedrooms in an opposite wing including a second centrally located bathroom. The property is fully self contained with luxurious contemporary furnishing and is beautifully decorated with original modern artworks.

The property has 3 bedrooms set out in two wings:

Bedroom 2: 1 Double Bunk (sleeps 3)

Bedroom 3: Queen Bedroom

There is a separate bathroom with bath and separate shower and toilet. The large laundry area has a washing machine an houses a second bar fridge.

Kitchen includes stainless steel appliances including dishwasher.

Ducted Heating and overhead fans in the lounge and pedestal fans in the bedroom for cooling.

Large parking area plenty of room for a boat
