Situated on the lagoon in the beautiful newly developed South Shores located at Lady Bay.
This modern, delightful beach villa boasts of pure luxury. Absolute ideal location for a holiday with only a hop, skip & a jump over the board walk to the very popular Normanville beach.
Relax and enjoy endless hours sun baking by the pool, enjoy a family BBQ, get away from all the hustle & bustle of city living.
This villa features 3 bedrooms to sleep up to 10 people (maximum number of adults is 7) with a large open living area.
Sliding bi-fold doors open up to the large decking area situated over the tranquil lagoon and allows a fresh sea breeze through the house.
When out and about enjoy local activities such as water sports, fishing, golfing, horse riding, arts & crafts, fine food and great local wine.
Everything has been thought of and is supplied for you - just turn up, relax and enjoy!
The property consists of three bedrooms.
The main bedroom is upstairs and contains a queen size bed and has an ensuite bathroom.
Bedroom 2 and 3 are located downstairs.
Bedroom 2 has a queen size bed and has bi-fold doors leading out to the downstairs deck area situated by the lagoon.
Bedroom 3 has two sets of bunks and a desk and chair.
All bedrooms have built in wardrobes.
Two additional trundle beds are available for use in Bedroom 2 and Bedroom 3 downstairs.
A downstairs bathroom with toilet service bedrooms 2 and 3.
The indoor living area upstairs has a 42" Plasma Television, DVD/Video Player, 2 seater and 3.5 seater lounge and 2 individual leather chairs. Board games, kids dvds and books are provided for your enjoyment.
The outdoor living area is contained on the upstairs deck. The deck overlooks the man made lagoon and has a dining setting with eight chairs, 2 sun lounges for those lazy afternoons on the deck and a large 4 burner BBQ.
The indoor meals area upstairs includes a dining setting for ten people and a separate kids dining setting with table and six stools.
There are three bar stools for relaxing at the breakfast bar.
The kitchen is fully equiped with all modern appliances. The list of additional items is to long to name them all but includes items such as coffee machine, bread maker, sandwich maker, blender, toaster, kettle etc.
The laundry is located upstairs and has washer (washing powder is provided) and dryer, vacuum cleaner, ironing board and iron. A full size fold out clothesline is located in the garage downstairs.
A third toilet is located upstairs for your convenience.
The garage has an automatic panel lift door and will hold two cars comfortably. A table tennis table with accessories is also provided in the garage for your use.
Linen:
Beds will be freshly made for your arrival with quilts, pillows and clean linen.
If required, extra pillows and blankets and some spare linen are available and are located in the built in wardrobes in each bedroom.
Provided for each person will be a bath towel, face washer and pool towel.
Bath mats and hand towels will be provided in each bathroom.
Other:
Sunrise Beach Villa is situated on the waters edge of South Shores man made lagoon.
The property has reverse cycle air-conditioning throughout.
Solar heated swimming pool (for South Shores community usage only) with toilet facilities is available for your use.
There is direct access to the Normanville child friendly beach via private boardwalk from South Shores.
South shores contains grassed areas for ball sports and for the kids to play and enjoy themselves.
The property is located directly across the road from Links Lady Bay Golf Course and adjacent to horse riding facilities.
The property was completed in March 2007 and is located within the secure South Shores environment.
Check in is from 12.00pm and check out is by 2.00pm.
