It is ideally situated on the esplanade in Surf Beach, Phillip Islands best kept secret.
The master bedroom hosts a double antique bed, whilst the second bedroom contains a queen bed. the third (or kids) bedroom contains two single beds and a cot. You will find it easy to relax in the open plan lounge, dining and kitchen area which features wall to wall windows.
If you need a relaxing holiday where you can enjoy the morning sun, take a walk on the beach and enjoy cosy nights in, this is the perfect place to escape!
Accommodates- 4 to 6 people comfortably.
Linen and towels are not provided unless requested.
Phillip Island
Phillip Island is only 1.5 hours drive from melbourne and is renowned for its little penguins and for its spectacular surf beaches. We are located in surf beach which is between cape woolamai and smiths beach, and we are a short walk to the beach over the sand dunes. If you need supplies there is a local store within 10 minutes walk, otherwise Cowes is a 5 minute drive away.

Our stay was magnificent. The house is perfect and fire was just wonderful. Everything I could have possibly wanted for a special weekend away with my partner and my Dad. Thank you very much. Highly recommended. The owner is a delight to deal with.

My wife, my 15mth old son and I spent 7 days at the Beachouse in February and it was fantastic! The house is tucked behind another dwelling on the Esplanade at Surf Beach, literally 50 meters from an excellent sandy beach that the three of us walked to each day. We generally had the entire beach to ourselves! The house was very clean, well kept and all appliances operational. The most amazing pressure in the shower that was very refreshing after a day in the sand and sun. Although the furnishing were not a designer display home as some people may expect fomr reading other comments, we found it very comfortable and relaxing. The furnishings were very much in keeping with a beach schack theme without being grotty or in bad taste. Picture lying back in the hammock or on the sunbed after a lazy day at the beach, reading a book sinking down an ice cold stella with the crooning of Frank Sinatra playing on the Ipod stereo supplied....we loved it and will definitely recommend for anyone who needs to escape and have some quality time with the family....it was so children friendly the house actually had a change table, cot and box full of toys that our son thought was just for him. No complaints - trust others will enjoy as we did. Did I mention the beautifl seabreeze that comes through the front door throughout the day?

WOW, what a fabulous hide-away for friends and or family, even just a couple would enjoy the privacy. Let alone the beach only moments away, but the lovely garden visitors are as entertaining. Everything at your fingertips, roomy and delightful. Happy to become regulars.xo
