In just 10 minutes you can be in the city at Southern Cross Train Station, the free city circle tram, Crown Casino Entertainment Complex, Melbourne Exhibition and Convention Centres, the Yarra River, Telstra Dome, Victoria Harbour, the Docklands precinct, etc., etc., etc. The Port Melbourne tram number 109 takes you up Collins Street and straight through the heart of the city.

The apartment itself has 2-bedrooms with one central bathroom having shower over bath and laundry facilities, including washing machine and clothes dryer. The kitchen overlooks the open-plan living/dining area and is fully-equipped with dishwasher, fridge/freezer, stove/oven and a microwave oven. The living/dining area is furnished with a 6-seater dining table and chairs, coffee table, television/entertainment unit and a 3-seater sofa lounge, which converts to a sofa bed for a fifth person. The living room also contains a 76cm widescreen/flatscreen LCD television and surround sound home theatre system. Both bedrooms have built-in wardrobes and both have windows offering fresh air and lots of natural light.
