Description

This modern 2-bedroom, 4th floor apartment (with lift access) is located near the corner of Nott and Rouse Streets, just 200 metres to Port Melbourne swimming beach, Station Pier Ferry Terminal, the city tram/light rail and just around the corner from Bay Streets trendy shops, cafes, pubs, etc. It's perfect for couples, families, or friends visiting Melbourne.

We charge per apartment, not per person.
The maximum number of people is 5.

Discounts apply to bookings of 7-nights or more.

Bookings of 10-nights or longer are offered a free weekly mid-stay apartment clean, which includes changing bed linen and refreshing bath towels.

1st Bedroom - 1 x king bed, or 2 x long-single (twin beds)
2nd Bedroom - 1 x king bed, or 2 x long-single (twin beds)
Living Room - 1 x sofa bed (sofa bed linen - $30 charge).

Porta-cots and high chairs are available upon request (at no charge) - cot linen is not supplied.

One free under-building car parking space is provided (maximum height clearance 2.0m). For each additional car there is a cost of $6 per day.

Port Melbourne is the closest beach to Melbourne's city centre, with the city being less than 10 minutes away by tram/light rail. For sightseeing, you can easily access all Melbourne's attractions. In under 10 minutes you will be in the city at Southern Cross Train Station, the free city circle tram, Crown Casino Entertainment Complex, Melbourne Exhibition and Convention Centres, the Yarra River, Etihad Stadium, Victoria Harbour, the Docklands precinct, etc., etc., etc. The Port Melbourne tram number 109 takes you up Collins Street and straight through the heart of the city.

The apartment itself has 2-bedrooms and one central bathroom with shower over bath and laundry facilities, including washing machine and clothes dryer. The kitchen overlooks the open-plan living/dining area and is fully-equipped with dishwasher, fridge/freezer, stove/oven and a microwave oven. There's a 4-seater outdoor setting on the secure balcony. The living/dining area is stylishly furnished and includes a 2.5-seater sofa lounge, which converts to a sofa bed for a fifth person. The living room also contains a 76cm widescreen/flatscreen LCD television and surround sound lifestyle system. Both bedrooms have built-in wardrobes and both have windows offering fresh air and lots of natural light.

Internet is available at the public library on Bay Street.

  • "Jason was very welcoming on our late arrival, there was a bedding issue on arrival, which was quickly rectified by Jason the same night. Excellent location, close vicinity to Crown, the city and Port Melbourne beach. The apartment was clean and spacious for a city block, and this is pretty much the only agent i've seen that can accommodate single beds, big thumbs up! Would definitely rebook again the next time i am in Melbourne."

  • "My husband and I had a very enjoyable week staying here, with our 5 year old granddaughter. She enjoyed being on the waterfront, riding her scooter everywhere. It was an easy walk to the tram, so getting into the city was no trouble. We enjoyed the great local restaurants and shops- the area had a lovely village atmosphere. We felt safe going out at night, coming home to our warm, quiet apartment, with comfortable beds. However, missed having a latex pillow!"

  • "Stayed for 2 weeks initially at this apartment - loved the location. Apartment was furnished and cleaned to a high standard with lots of towels. Highly recommended. Due to the volanic ash, we rebooked the apartment. However, we could only obtain 5 nights as it is extremely popular. Big thanks to Jason who give us the option to stay free on the night that we were due to fly out. As it happened, our flights were canc. when we arrived at the airport at 19:30 and it was fantastic to know that we had somewhere to stay for the night. Would definately contact Jason in the future and will pass on his details to our UK friends."

  • "LOVED the apartment, but what we loved more was Jason, we had car trouble in Yass on our way from Sydney, Jason offered to come and pick us up (!!) which would have meant a 6 hour drive up and a 6 hour drive back down for him. We got there with a rental car in the end but where would you find anyone who would offer this to anyone nowadays anymore ? Now, we lost a day so in the end we asked him if we could rent the apartment for an extra day and he checked for us and said we could.. AT NO CHARGE. Jason, you are a legend, we are so appreciative of your kind nature and your generosity. Next time we come to Melbourne we will rent anything you have to offer from you because your customer service is unsurpassed."
