With 5 large bedrooms (sleeps 12) and 3 bathrooms there is plenty of room for all. Large open plan living areas and great alfresco dining. There's the KIDS SPACE with playstation, austar and dvd player. Another entertaining area has a 105cm Plasma tv, with austar and dvd library. In all there are 5 televisions and a library for the avid reader.
Comfort is assured with airconditioning and gas fireplace. On those perfect Gold Coast days you can take the bikes out on the walking/bike track that runs for kilometers along the beach or take the surf boards and go for a swim in our patrolled beaches less 100 meters from the house.
