Island Waters is a perfectly located property on Orvieto Island which is a very short stroll to Pacific Fair (largest Shopping Centre on the Gold Coast) , Broadbeach (one of the Gold Coasts premier cafe/restaurant precincts) or just wander to the Beach for the day.

If you can't be bothered, then just sit outside and take in the magnificent wide water views with the serenity of watching canoists paddle past or maybe a tinnie or two.

All theme parks are either a short 20 minute drive away or alternatively, you may like to catch the bus there from Pacific Fair.
