Our beautiful hinterland has wine trails to Tamborine Mountain, cruises from Sanctuary Cove, Golf and tennis tournaments from Hope Island and fine cuisine in and around the local area.
The Coomera River only 5 minutes from the townhouse offers boat ramp and fishing.
Next door to the Coomera River there can be on occassions Dragon boat racing Pan Pacific events etc or just everyday
enjoying the provided path area surrounding the whole lake with bench seats and playground area along the way not to mention the exercise equipment for any one to use.
Townhouse is a great location for e.g Surfers Paradise is 20 minutes, Coolangatta airport in 35 minutes. Brisbane airport is only 50 mins by car. Pick up bus at front of complex to take you to Helensvale station and catch a train directly to the Brisbane airport.
