Great kitchen/spacious family room opening onto large balcony with table & chairs. Access to small child save garden & BBQ. Bathroom with bath, shower & toilet. Also separate toilet. No Beach views, but we have water glimpes (enough to prove how close you are to the beach) NO ROADS TO CROSS TO GET THERE. The property is on the beach side of Griffin Road. Just a short walk along the street, then across the reserve to the beach. Children's playpark on the reserve and plenty of room to kick a ball. Convenient bus leaves every half hour to Manly which is about 10 mins away. Local very popular vegetarian restaurant very close. Numerous restaurants on Dee Why beach front just over the hill.

The ground floor of this house is a self contained 2 bedroom apartment, the top & ground floor of this house can be rented together for a large family or a couple of families. The interconnecting door can be opened to make it one large 5 bedroom house. Just let us know if you would like to rent both floors.
