Our beautiful new beachhouse villa enjoys all the creature comforts, including ceiling fans, fully-ducted air conditioning, luxury furniture and fittings, and of course a stunning absolute beachfront location on the bluff overlooking Wakki Beach at Scott's Head.

The centrepiece of the villa is the 90 sq.m. open-plan living, dining and kitchen area. Look out through the wall of windows at the spectacular views over Wakki Beach and the Pacific Ocean, which are best enjoyed from the 30 sq.m. beach terrace. The beachhouse villa occupies the entire ground floor of the building.

Inside, the living area is furnished with stylish sofas, from which you can enjoy the view or catch up on the outside world on the Austar-equipped flat screen television. The dining area features a beautiful handcrafted blackbutt dining table which seats eight people comfortably. The granite kitchen will delight any chef's heart with it's state-of-the-art gas stove and oven, double-drawer dishwasher, built-in microwave and refridgerator/freezer.

There are three spacious bedrooms ranging from 15-19 sq.m. Bedroom 1 overlooks the side terrace with views over the countryside and Yarahappinni mountain. It has a king-sized bed and features a walk-in robe and en suite bathroom. The louvres through to the main living area are an exquisite touch that allow you to lie in bed and listen to the surf crashing on Wakki beach below. Bedroom 2 has a queen-sized bed and looks out across the countryside. Bedroom 3 is a light and airy room with a queen-sized bed overlooking the garden.

In addition to the en suite, there is a generously-proportioned family bathroom with oversize shower and bath. There's an internal laundry with washing machine, but naturally, our bed linen, bath and beach towels are yours while you stay with us.

On the grounds of the villa, you will find a BBQ, and lawn area. One entrance leads directly out onto Wakki bluff, where you can take the path down to the beach or roam along the grassy coastal walking track.

RATES

Christmas season (20 Dec to 29 Jan) - weekly bookings only - $1,795/week

NSW School holidays - weekly bookings only - $1,375/week Spring and Autumn break and $1,175 Winter break

Offpeak (all other times) - $128-179/night depending on length of stay (minimum 3 night stay). Weekly bookings are $895/week.

Super low winter special of $695/week or $142/night on all bookings starting in May-August (excludes NSW winter school holidays and last minute deals)

Our rates are simple and inclusive: there are no extra cleaning costs and linen is provided for you at no extra charge, including bath and beach towels, bathmat, teatowels, bed sheets and pillow cases.
