The Villa
The bed set-up is as follows;
Bedroom 1: queen bed
Bedroom 2: bunk beds – the 'kids room'
Bedroom 3: a double futon

There is also a double sofabed in the lounge, so we can accommodate up to 8, but suggest that 6 is a comfortable number.

The modern kitchen has an electric stove, fridge freezer and microwave. All crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils provided.

The comfortable lounge has a large colour TV, DVD player (with DVD’s for your viewing pleasure), there is also a Sony Playstation and games and CD Stereo.

The bathroom has a separate bath and shower and there is also a utility room with laundry facilities.

There are bikes for use in the garage and guests are free to use whatever beach games, chairs, umbrellas they find in the garage. There is also a BBQ for your use.

Location

The Villa is located a short stroll to Paradise Beach reserve on the banks of St Georges Basin and within 1 km from a boat launching ramp (at Palm Beach). The basin offers great fishing, sailing, kayaking, and Paradise Beach is a great spot to watch the sunset over the water
It is a seven/eight minute drive to the pristine, white sand beaches of Jervis Bay (Booderee National Park). Jervis Bay provides superb snorkelling and scuba-diving in the abundant sheltered bays, and amongst rocky submerged outcrops.

A 10 minute drive will get you to Huskisson, the main tourist hub of the area. Along the main street you will find a variety of quality cafes and restaurants. On the corner, with views across the bay is the legendary "Husky" pub. There is also the historical, and very cute, cinema - Husky Pictures. You can get up close and personal with the resident dolphins by taking a cruise with one of the local charter companies who operate from the main street. Whale Watching cruises are also available in season, and penguins and seals can be spotted most of the year round. Also, within close proximity is Vincentia, which offers more great beaches and there is a shopping centre.
