Sunyata is a Buddhist term meaning 'peaceful emptiness' so we welcome you to let go of all the stresses of home, put your feet up and relax into your holiday.

Located in the heart of Rainbow Beach, at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, Sunyata is a modern and relaxed 3 bedroom home with 2 large living areas and a large covered outdoor entertainment area with inground pool.

With only a 300m walk to town, restaurants, clubs and the pristine, flagged beach you need not move the car from the driveway. If you do choose to venture further afield it is only a short drive to all that Rainbow Beach and the Fraser Coast has to offer.

Guest facilities

Sunyata is a private and relaxed home ideal for couples or families with room for up to 8 guests. Seperate indoor living areas allow you to stretch out and find your own peacful space.

The master bedroom has a queen size bed and ensuite. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and the third bedroom has a single bed and trundle which makes it ideal for children. All rooms have large built-in wardrobes with modern decor. The spacious main bathroom includes a shower and bath.

A large, comfortable couch in the main, airconditioned living room is an ideal place to stretch out for an afternoon snooze or for watching a movie on the widescreen TV with DVD. The second living area, overlooking the pool, has it's own TV, DVD and MP3/stereo system and is a great space for the kids to make their own. The two sofas convert to double beds for those extra guests.

The fully equipped kitchen, with microwave and dishwasher, and 8 seater dining room make dining at home a pleasure or why not make use of the 4 burner stainless steel BBQ for relaxed eating in the outdoor entertainment area. This area is fully covered and provides shade or shelter for any weather condition.

The inground saltwater pool is perfect for cooling off on a hot day and is fully fenced for peace of mind. It is easily seen from many parts of the house making supervision easy.

The house and yard are fully fenced providing privacy and security so you can enjoy your holiday without worrying about the kids. The fenced yard also allows for you to bring your pets so they can enjoy the holiday too.

Sunyata has a fully equipped laundry with frontloader washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board and vacuum cleaner.

The double lock up garage and 2 car carport provides you with room for your boat and trailer and all the gear you need for a great holiday. Bring your surf boards, fishing gear and bikes to make the most of the easy Rainbow lifestyle.

The central location means that everything is just around the corner. A bakery, cafe and convenience store are a stones throw away - as is the library and local supermarket. The bowls club, just across the road, is the perfect spot for a drink or a meal at the fully equipped, modern restaurant. Tennis Courts can be hired through the club for day or night games.

Attractions

Rainbow Beach has so much to offer! The beach, fishing, boating, canoeing, paragliding, bushwalking, golf, tennis and even horse riding are just some of the activities on offer. You can even hand feed a dolphin at nearby Tin Can Bay. If you have a 4 wheel drive why not visit the coloured sands, Fraser Island and Double Island Point or guided tours of all these places can be easily arranged. Don't miss out on a walk to the Carlo Sand Blow for unbelievable views of Double Island Point, the Cooloola Coast and back to Fraser Island.

The pristine beach is an attraction in itself and you will immediately see why it is called Rainbow Beach. Dolphins are regular visitors and you may even spot a whale during their annual migration.
