Callala Beach Front is a renovated, modern 3 bedroom two storey house with everything to accommodate those looking for a well-appointed holiday house, with direct access to the beach and breathtaking 270 degree uninterupted panoramic views over Callala Beach and Jervis Bay and air conditioning.
Watch the dolphins from the large wrap around balcony.
Perfect for families. The house has been decorated with new modern, comfortable, quality furniture, great for that relaxing getaway. Air Conditioning, Plasma TV with DVD player, over 50 DVDs to choose from, Play Station 2, board games and a selection of books to read.
Very modern open plan living, dining and new kitchen area upstairs is very well designed and takes full advantage of the ocean views. Slide open the balcony door and enjoy a wonderful BBQ with water views.
Bedroom 1 = Upstairs, Queen Bed with slide door access to balcony.
Bedroom 2 = Upstairs, Queen Bed with slide door access to balcony.
Bedroom 3 = Downstairs, Bunk bed (double on bottom single on top) plus another single bunk bed.
There are 2 bathrooms, one upstairs and one downstairs.
The brand new kitchen is set up well with new appliances, Microwave, stove/oven and a 520Litre Stainless Steel fridge. The laundry is downstairs with a washing machine, iron and ironing board.
A large backyard, an outside shower to wash yourself down after a refreshing swim and ample parking for your boat and trailer.
BOND
We will require $500 bond depending on the timing and length of your stay.
DEPOSIT
To secure the beach house, a 50% DEPOSIT is required.
Please note if paying by credit card a 5% fee is charged
CLEANING
For groups over 5 and stays over 3 or more nights the cost is $150 per stay. Cleaning fee will also be charged if pets stay.
LINEN
We supply doonas & pillows. You MUST bring your own sheets, pillow cases and towels.
CHECK IN
Check in times will be confirmed with each booking..

Check in 2pm, check out 10.00am
Minumum stay is 2 nights.
