Callala Beach Front is a modern 3 bedroom, house with everything to accommodate those looking for a well-appointed holiday location with easy access to the beach and breathtaking 270 degree panoramic views over Callala Beach and Jervis Bay.

Enjoy the outdoor spa located amongst the private native garden (during the cooler months) or watch the dolphins from the large wrap around balcony.

Perfect for families. The house has been decorated with modern, comfortable, quality furniture, great for that relaxing getaway. Foxtel/Austar. A good sound system and LCD TV with DVD player, over 50 DVDs to choose from, Play Station 2, board games, ping pong table and a selection of books to read. There are heaters and a fireplace for the cooler months.

The open plan living, dining, kitchen area upstairs is very well designed and takes full advantage of the ocean views. Slide open the balcony door and enjoy a wonderful BBQ with water views.

Bedroom 1 = Upstairs, Queen Bed with slide door access to balcony.
Bedroom 2 = Upstairs, Queen Bed with slide door access to balcony.
Bedroom 3 = Downstairs, Bunk bed (double on bottom single on top) plus another single bunk bed.

There are 2 bathrooms, one upstairs and one downstairs.

We supply quilts/doonas, pillows and linen. You need to bring your own towels.

The kitchen is setup well with NEW STAINLESS STEEL APPLIANCES, Microwave, stove/oven and a 520Litre Stainless Steel fridge. The laundry is downstairs with a washing machine and dryer, iron and ironing board.

A large backyard, an outside shower to wash yourself down after a refreshing swim and ample parking for your boat and trailer.

Great position opposite the beach with sweeping views of Jervis Bay

The sheltered, white sandy beaches of northern Jervis Bay provides safe swimming, especially for families with young children and those who prefer calm salt water swimming to the big surf.

Local seafood is readily available, a pizza shop just down the road, and convenient grocery shopping just a short drive away.
