Laguna Beach House is located in the heart of Copacabana in a PRIVATE TRANQUIL LOCATION but CLOSE TO EVERYTHING. Unlike a lot of properties in Copa there are NO HILLS or steep driveways to climb, NO ROADS to cross. Located on the lagoon side of Copa there is no need to get in the car - the local shops, cafes and restaurants are a maximum 5 minute level walk away. The flat walk to Cockrane Lagoon and the surf of Copa or the adjoining beach of MacMaster's are accessed directly from the back door!!

2 FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHENS, one upstairs and one downstairs both with granite bench tops, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, cook top, stainless steel oven, pots, pans cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery and glassware.
2 SEPARATE LOUNGE AREAS, one upstairs and one downstairs both with large plasma television, DVD player and comfortable leather lounges.

LINEN: If you would like to have LINEN supplied, we are most happy to provide you with Sheets, Pillow cases and Bath Towels at a fee of $25.00 per bed. (These are supplied and charged to us by a separate operator). Your beds will be made up by our housekeeper prior to arrival for your convenience.
A baby pack including travel cot and high chair is available to hire.
Laguna Beach House is a holiday home for family groups and friends getting together. STRICTLY NO GROUPS UNDER 25 years, NO BUCKS/BOYS/HENS WEEKENDS, NO SCHOOLIES or parties/function of any kind.
A bond is applicable to all bookings.
The house is fully secure with deadlocks and back to base alarm system.
COPACABANA THE DESTINATION
Copacabana (Copa) is a picturesque coastal village on the NSW Central Coast located just 45 minutes drive north from Hornsby, 90 minutes from Sydney CBD.
Nestled between Avoca and MacMasters Beaches, Copa is situated at the northern end of MacMasters. The two beaches are divided by Cockrane Lagoon on which Laguna Beach House is beautifully situated. This unspoilt beach location captures that great holiday atmosphere with its wonderful surf beach, lagoon, sheltered rock pools and natural surroundings.
With local shops, including an excellent restaurant and cafes, just across the road, Copacabana Beach is the ideal spot to enjoy a wonderful breakfast, lunch or dinner with the whole family. For swimming there is the choice of Copacabana Beach or MacMasters Beach, both of which have patrolled swimming areas and theres a rock pool thats perfect for children as well as the lagoon which is always popular for families with younger children. For dog lovers the top end of the lagoon between Copa and Mac's beaches is a dog friendly, leash free area. There is ample parking at the beach and along Del Monte Place close to the lagoon.

THINGS TO DO
FEED the DUCKS from the back deck, go CANOEING, PLAY ON THE SAND, SWIM, SNORKEL, SURF, do a spot of FISHING, RELAX, have a BBQ. DINE on THE DECKS, WATCH the SUNSET.
Stroll 2 mins along the lagoons edge to Copacabana beach and be spoilt for choice of spots to spread your towel - even in the middle of the flags!
A five minute stroll south along the sand takes you to McMasters Beach that sits beneath the impressive headland of Boudhi National Park or turn north to Copa headland where a great rock pool will provide countless hours of fun for the kids. You can enjoy a dip between the flags, catch of few waves off the point or perhaps do some snorkeling and check out the local marine life.
Paddle a ski and explore the peace of Cockrone Lagoon, a haven for native bird life. Paddle out before breakfast or in the magic of sunset where you will experience peace like never before.
CASUAL DINING- CAFES/DELI
Fancy a good coffee? Don the thongs, or not, to the local shops where you can grab a paper, take a seat at one of the great cafes or hook into a hamburger and chips from the take away or the Copa SLSC.
SURFING
Surfers! Copa is renowned for having one of the best point breaks on the East Coast.
RESTAURANTS/SHOPS
For a dining experience Copacinnos and Cafe Sirocco serve a wide range of meals, snacks or just a coffee if you prefer. The Copa strip also includes a bottle shop, convenience store, bakery, newsagent, massage & hair salon, chemist and DVD hire.
TENNIS/PICNIC/KID'S PLAYGROUND/SKATE PARK
Picnic as you have a hit of tennis at the local park only 10 minutes walk from Laguna. The courts are in A1 condition and are easily booked at the newsagent. (Around $7 an hour ). There are great facilities including a cabana, electric BBQs and fun kids playground and bike path.
Just across the road from the shops is the Skate Park where the kids can skateboard, scooter or bike.
WHALE WATCHING
Atop Copa headland youll find a Whale watching platform and Captain Cook lookout which gives a great view up and down the coast. Whale watching during the migratory season and dolphin pods all year round may be seen in the bay between Copacabana Beach and MacMasters Beach.
SHOPPING
For those who love to shop, there is great shopping at Erina Fair nearby which has just about anything your heart desires.
