We value our guest's privacy and try to minimise any disturbance from our staff. In doing so, housekeeping service all of our rooms once a week with a 5 night or more stay.

Our Check in Lounge is located at shop 1/34 The Esplanade (Visitors Info Centre)Office hours: 8am - 9pm.. All guests \"MUST\" check in here. At point of booking, guests will be required to provide their mobile/transit number, e-mail address and arrival details. Should you be arriving after hours, please advise via email or phone & a Guest Services Executive can meet and greet the guests at the front of the Harbour Lights complex at 1 Marlin Parade.
