Our collection of absolute waterfront, luxury apartments include studio, 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom and 3 bedroom apartments, as well as amazing sub-penthouse apartments……. undoubtedly the most luxurious holiday accommodation in Cairns with personalised, professional and unobtrusive service. These apartments offer a quality unsurpassed in the prestigious Cairns holiday market. These Apartments are the latest in open plan living, modern accommodation with elegant decor, and spectacular views of the Cairns Marina. Each apartment offers the utmost in privacy and breathtaking views of the Cairns Harbour
Our Apartments do not have access to all services provided by the on-site Hotel such as you are NOT able to check in at the onsite reception, use the onsite luggage storage, concierge or the Hotel room service or daily clean. All of our services we organise for you when you check in at our Check in Lounge which is located at the Visitor Information Centre,just 20 meters diagonally opposite the ‘Harbour Lights Complex’ on the corner of Marlin Parade and the Esplanade.
If you would like to have a taste of how the elite live, try before you buy or even a long or short term executive rental, then this is the place for you! If you are arriving AFTER 9pm at night, remember to CONTACT CAIRNS LUXURY APARTMENTS DIRECT to organise an after hours meet and greet. Office hours are between 8am - 9pm.

We value our guest's privacy and try to minimise any disturbance from our staff. In doing so, housekeeping service all of our rooms once a week with a 5 night or more stay.
Short or Long stay rates are available on request and range from $700 per week including electricity and a weekly complimentary hosuekeeping visit.
CHECK-IN PROCEDURE !!!
Our Check in Lounge is located at the Visitors Info Centre- hours: 8am - 9pm.. All guests \"MUST\" check in here. At point of booking, guests will be required to provide their mobile/transit number, e-mail address and arrival details. Should you be arriving after hours, please advise via email or phone & a Guest Services Executive can meet and greet the guests at the front of the Harbour Lights complex at 1 Marlin Parade.
