Thank you Tony and Francie for renting your house to us once again as we had an even better time than the last. I really can't express enough just how perfect this property is for families looking to stay in Merimbula as it is close to town but just a couple of minutes far enough to not feel inundated by all the holiday makers lucky enough to relax in this gorgeous town. The peace is amazing, the sunset is priceless and the beautiful summer breeze that flows around the house during the day is perfection. Thank you for always presenting the house at its best with mowed lawns and all the comforts one might need. Until next time!

Wow! This property surpassed all expectations.We stayed at Cullenward Cottage for two weeks and enjoyed every minute of it. Walking distance from the Wharf restaurant for a good coffee, the aquarium to entertain kids, the Wharf for some fishing and just a short stroll to the popular Bar Beach! Couldn't ask for more. The house was in an amazing location that captured the essence of Merimbula without being inundated with the holiday traffic of the centre of the town. The house is modern and superbly kept with all necessary amenities. The house is totally secure for children and it felt wonderful to have our son playing on the verandah outside without worrying about his whereabouts. Indoors is also extremely kid friendly and well thought out as it's modern, simplistic and spacious.In summary I would highly recommend this property and hope to return again. And I'd also add that the owners are wonderful, friendly and extremely helpful.

We decided last minute to go to Merimbula and found this fantastic house. It is perfectly located near a lovely beach, not too far from town, with wonderful views across the water and town. The house is really comfortable with loads of space, all the mod cons and a verandah around two sides of the house. It is fantastic for small children as there are gates on the garden and the verandah. We absolutely loved it and had a great week!
