Description
5 bedroom house located close to Barry Way for easy access to the ski slopes and only minutes from the shops, restaurants and cafes of Jindabyne.
Yard is fenced, so dogs are welcome but must be outside. There is a covered pergola for protection in bad weather.
We have wireless internet modem.
The house has the following beds in each room upstairs-
Bedroom 1: 1 queen bed & ensuite, Bedroom 2: 1 queen,
Bedroom 3: 1 double, Bedroom 4: 2 singles
Bedroom 5: 2 singles.
There are two TVs with DVDs, internal laundry, ski/board rack and off street parking for four vehicles.
The lounge has a cosy gas log fire and air conditioner and the rumpus has an airconditioner. The heat rises upstairs to the bedrooms, but there are some electric heaters in the bedrooms for those who feel the cold. The sun streams in three of the bedroom windows all day and warms them in winter and also there is a view of the lake from the large windows.
The kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher, microwave and the usual appliances.
There are some nice views of the lake and valley from three upstairs bedrooms and balcony.
Only 30 minutes drive from Perisher or Thredbo or 15 minutes to the train
An 30 minute drive to Perisher Valley and the other ski fields.
Close to the lake (approx 1km to the boat ramp) for fishing and boating in the warmer months. Because of the large flat yard, the house is popular for fishermen with boats, or ski groups with room for four cars.
There are local golf courses, bike trails, the trout farm and many other attractions outside of the ski season.
Great for two families with pets too
With five bedrooms, this house is great for two families and with separate rumpus room, the adults can relax in the lounge, with the children in the rumpus watching TV, DVDs or playing table tennis or soccer.
There is a high chair, folding cot and stair gate for young children.
The bedrooms, including the main bedroom that has an ensuite and the main bathroom are all upstairs. The main bathroom has a bath/shower and there is a third toilet downstairs.
The internal laundry has a dryer and there is an outside clothesline. There are internal clothes racks for drying ski gear in front of the gas log fire.
There is a covered pergola with large outdoor table and new BBQ for the warmer months.
Pets must be outside, but there is a large covered pergola in case of bad weather.
Please note: to help get our prices lower in the off- season ( we have halved them!), for short stays, we are now offering linen as an optional extra, rather than included. So guests outside of the peak season (approximately October to May)are asked to bring their own linen. Alternatively linen is available for our cost price of $18 pp. Linen means sheets, towels, tea towel and pillowslips.

Prices
Tariffs have a per night charge plus a fixed cleaner/agent charge. Note for the "Summer tariffs"- (generally Oct till May) linen is not included in the price but is optional at $18pp. In summer, extra adults cost $15pn . NSW Public Holiday long weekends we normally have a 3 night minimum charge.
