Stunning contemporary accommodation for one to two couples. Perched above a beautiful landscape of vineyards and rolling hills, taking full advantage of one of the best views in the Hunter Valley.

Open living spaces with gorgeous floors, rugs, leather lounges and real wood fire open to large decks with Weber 'Q" BBQ. Everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible - from magazines, CDs, flat screen TV, ipod dock, DVD library...

The clean lines of your modern kitchen feature stainless steel appliances and everything you need to self-cater. Equipped with modern white crockery, serving bowls and dishes, it's all there for you to bring your own food, or to enjoy the goodies that you have bought on your day out in the gourmet foodie shops (we can tell you about the best places to try!), as well as the essentials such as plunger coffee, tea, olive oil, vinegar, salt, pepper which are all supplied.

Bedrooms all have stunning floor to ceiling windows- awaken to the mist over the valley, kangaroos grazing, and nothing but bird song.... a true rural getaway.

ACCESS: Sealed roads all the way to your gate, plus your retreats are not on a busy road.

PRIVACY: No guests on the balcony next to you, so you have complete privacy.... Only two cottages on 28 acres, purpose built for just for your pleasure, managed by professional, discreet owners. Blackwattle is not situated in the Vintage or Cypress Lakes Housing Estates so you are assured of a genuine rural experience without feeling like you're back in the suburbs.

PEACE OF MIND: Officially accredited with Tourism Accreditation Australia as genuine tourist accommodation with all legal and insurance compliance for your stay with us.

Couple's Studio Retreat

One bedroom accommodation just for couples, designed with a focus on romantic inclusions for that special weekend away. With gorgeous views of the Brokenback Ranges, your retreat offers your own deck, real wood fireplace, living space with kitchen, king size separate bedroom with luxury ensuite and deep soak bath for 2. Rates for midweek and weekend written below. Minimum two night stay

For two to four people:
Vineyard Retreat

Designed for great times with friends or family, or a private getaway with someone specila. Features two bedrooms with gorgeous ensuites, with king size beds on either side of the retreat for total privacy, cosy real wood fire, with open living area, dining and gourmet full kitchen. There is also a huge deck with great BBQ for entertaining.
Accommodation is for 2- 4 people. Non walking babies and children over 12 only. Rates for midweek and weekend written below. Minimum two night stay.
