The house has a great open plan top level with a large Kitchen/Dining/Living area opening out onto a delightful balcony which looks down onto the pool and garden area below. This level also has a log fire place which is perfect for relaxing winter fires in the cooler evenings.

There is a Queen bedroom and a bunk room with 2 sets of bunks on this level which is ideal for families with children.

The lower level of the house has a 2nd living room as well as a larger King Bedroom. This level also opens out to a delightful day room adjacent to the pool and lawn area.

The pool is perfect for all ages. The infinity edge overlooking Pittwater creates the perfect backdrop. The pool is also heated making a winter swim all the more inviting.

The house is available throughout the year for weekend and weekly rentals.
