\"Weeroona Sands\" is a fully self contained family holiday beach house situated on a very large block with a large undercover outdoor entertaining area where you can relax and enjoy a friendly BBQ or a game of table tennis.

There is ample room for a boat and it is walking distance to all Rye Shops, Cafes and Restaurants.

\"Weeroona Sands\" is a 3 bedroom house or 5 bedroom house (if flat downstairs is included) with an open living lounge/dining area which steps out onto the balcony as well as the rear entertaining area.

The house comprises of 3 bedrooms. The 2 main bedrooms both have Queen Beds that step out to the balcony. The third bedroom is set up for children with 3 single beds.

Bedding such as doonas, pillows and extra blankets are supplied at all times. Linen (Doona covers, sheets & pillow cases, bathroom towels) can be supplied if required at an extra cost. Otherwise if you choose to bring your own linen, this can make your holiday more affordable. You have the choice.

A highchair and portacot are available if required at no extra cost.

****For an additional charge, a self contained 2 bedroom flat underneath the house is also available. This would be ideal for taking the grandparents or extra couple on holiday, where they can have there own privacy and still be able to enjoy family activities. Please ask for more details when enquiring. The unit is only let in addition to the house if requested and NOT as an individual holiday rental. This allows family privacy at all times***

Restrictions on Bookings

Please enquire about our early check-in and late check-out times. Depending upon other bookings these times can be flexible and arranged to suit your needs.

WE DO NOT TAKE BOOKINGS FOR STUDENT GROUPS OR UNDER 25 GROUPS. STRICTLY NO SCHOOLIES AND NO PARTIES ALLOWED.

LONG TERM BOOKINGS ARE WELCOME AND REASONABLY DISCOUNTED.

Pets are allowed but are STRICTLY to be outside. The property is fully fenced and gated. The Outdoor entertaining area can be made fully enclosed for small pets.

CAR AND BOAT PARKING

Weeroona Sands has plenty of parking onstreet and offstreet parking. A boat fits in easily offstreet.
