Description

Pearl's Place sits at the quiet top of Currarong village, backing on to the Beecroft Crown Reserve. Just a short walk to your choice of beaches, or the stunning sea cliffs of the reserve.

It's a solidly built 1960s two storey house, 3 bedrooms upstairs and a huge garage underneath. The house is flooded with natural light from the large windows facing the ocean and the large rear garden and barbeque area. We're next to the Stuart's bus garage, which is only used on school days and there are no houses out the back, so we have only one neighbour on the northern side. Makes the place very private and quiet.

The front verandah is ideal for watching sunsets over the mountains, with views of the water and main beach.

Bedrooms consist of one double, one queen, and one double and single bed. There's a spare single bed downstairs too.

The backyard is great for cricket and barbeques. When it rains, the kids can occupy themselves wth table soccer or pool in the garage. There's another telly down there too.

Guest Reviews

  • "We had four adults and one young child and had a great stay. The owners have put a lot of thought into the house and what is on offer. It is so well equipped from espresso machine in the kitchen to table football down in the garage. The verandah was a great spot to enjoy the view at sunset with a glass of wine. The house is really bright and light- everything was in great condition too. I would definately recommend it. This was our first visit to Currarong and I definately hope to return to the house and the area. "

  • "We had a fabulous week down at Currarong with 6 adults and one spoilt little girl. The house was spacious enough for our large group. The place itself is charming- light and airy and furnished beautifully with a mix of modern and funky mid century furniture. The kitchen is unbelievably well equipped with sharp knives, plentiful big bowls and every kind of appliance/gadget a gourmet foodie would need. The garage stocked with bikes and a fools ball table were well appreacited and the position- at the top of Currarong backing onto the reserve is perfect. Only one neighbour! Depending on the breezes you have the choice of the backyard with the BBq area and a bush view or spacious front deck with ocean views to relax with a drink at the end of the day. Oh and the hot water is plentiful and the bath a rare treat in a holiday place. This is our fifth holiday in the area and this is the best place we have stayed in to date. many thanks for a great stay in a lovely house."
