Fantastic elevated location with panoramic view to Bay. Beautifully appointed home has generous- sized accommodation: upstairs, lie in bed and look over treetops from 2 double bedrooms each with ensuite. Gourmet kitchen, huge timber-floored living. Watch the roos from big deck. Federation-style verandah surrounds and gives view to dam. Downstairs has double bedroom with own bathroom, studio with sofa beds, patio, separate laundry. Undercover parking. Lovely signed walks through bush. Close to beaches, wineries and galleries. 6 kms from Dunsborough and Yallingup. Everything provided except linen and towels. Cleaning charge applies. No smokers. No leavers. No parties.

"Don't hesitate, book Upson Downs for a really fantastic holiday! My friend & I were lucky enough to stay for a whole week. The house is equipped with everything you need, its close to Dunsborough but you feel like you are in the heart of the countryside. The view from the deck upstairs is just spectacular. Can't rave about this place enough! Enjoy!!"

"I had a wonderful time celebrating my 30th Birthday with friends. It fit 3 couples comfortably (with room for 2 more to stay the night) close to wineries and lovely restaurants it was in the perfect location over the easter long weekend to escape the crowds. I mostly enjoyed having a cup of tea in the morning on the balcony looking across the bay."

"We were looking for not only a gorgeous house to stay in for a few days close to Dunsborough, but a place that would give us an experience that we would always remember. I am so please to say we found exactly that with this house and location. It was a pleasure to deal with the owner of the house, as she is very friendly, accommodating and made the whole experience very easy. The house is just stunning inside and out and with a location that is fantastic, with tree top views, good space all around the property, kangaroo in the front garden and ducks on the dam. "
