Sea Shells Beach House

Description

The Sea Shells Beach House is the perfect location for a beach holiday - only 400 metres to the beach. For added convenience the local milk bar/cafe is an easy walk - handy for the morning paper and basic grocery items. The Collendina hotel is also minutes walk away that includes a family bistro with a playground and trampolines.

The house is a very comfortable 3 bedroom home that sleeps 8 people and includes an undercover outdoor entertaining area with a full size BBQ, a spa bath in the bathroom and a wood fired heater for those cold wintery nights. A reverse cycle air conditioner is great for the warmer weather.

The fully equipped kitchen is a very generous size and overlooks the dining area. The loungeroom includes a TV, stereo and DVD player. For longer stays the laundry is set up with a washing machine and the clothes line is conveniently located undercover. The house also includes undercover parking and a secure yard for children.

Ocean Grove shops & cafes, large supermarkets and the main patrolled beach are a short drive away. For those who enjoy a hit of golf, there are 7 quality courses within half an hours drive.

Apologies but we do not accommodate schoolies groups.

Sleeping Arrangements

All three bedrooms are very large and have plenty of room for suitcases and other items such as toys.
There are two Queen bedrooms and one large bunk bedroom with two bunk beds (bunk room sleeps 4). Perfect for two families to enjoy a holiday together.

All bedrooms include oil fin heaters for the chilly nights, and fans for the warmer nights.
