  • "The property was very dirty. The floor was covered with sand, there was a dirty sheet left on a bed full of sand, there were no globes in bedside lights, the second fridge did not work, the BBQ was so filthy it was unable to be used, the oven door did not close and the oven knobs were broken, the cupboards and bench tops had to be wiped over before they could be used, chairs were full of dust and the entire house was infested with spiders and webs. The entrance was polluted with bird droppings. Very disappointing. "
