Located at One Bright Point right next to the new Magnetic Island harbour and marina precinct at Nelly Bay, this brand new ultra modern spacious three bedroom apartment has been architecturally designed to capture a beach house style with a contemporary twist with sliding door panels, louvered walls and breezeways to self ventilate all year round, while still maintaining privacy and security. The use of glass is a major feature and compliments the dining area by bringing in a magnificent view of the Coral Sea and picturesque Townsville. 

On your arrival refresh yourself in an air conditioned environment and quench your thirst for a cold refreshing drink of your choice with an ice dispenser and cold filtered water is at your disposal. For those who like to entertain you will be delighted with the state of the art kitchen equipped with stainless steel appliances, dishwasher and 8 seater dining in large open plan living. Within comfortable walking distance you can create from the local produce restaurant quality meals or be tempted by cuisine available at numerous restaurants close by.
